Deployable IT.Ready for Europe.
We delivered a transit case communications kit to the Air Force's 2nd Air Support Operations Squadron in Vilseck, Germany. We build each kit to keep working when its links are jammed, and we deliver the fixed IT that bases run on, from storage to virtual desktops.
The challenge
Contested spectrum is the constraint
In Ukraine, jamming is the main way drones are lost. The links that carry command and control, video, and retasking face the same jamming, so every kit needs more than 1 path.
Units plan for this with a PACE plan: a primary, alternate, contingency, and emergency path for each link. Kits also have to keep working in disconnected, intermittent, and limited bandwidth (DIL) conditions, with the data and applications they need on hand.
What the war in Ukraine shows about deployable IT
Reporting from the war shows how drones are lost, how operators get around jamming, and that data centers are targets.
This page takes no position on the war in Ukraine.
- 10,000 a monthIEEE Spectrum reported in June 2025 that Ukraine may lose about 10,000 drones a month, mostly to jamming, citing a Royal United Services Institute estimate.
- 20 km or moreSome drones now finish their missions on onboard optical navigation after radio and satellite navigation links are jammed. Others fly over spools of optical fiber 20 kilometers or more from the controller.
- October 18, 2026A Russian internet company said drones attacked its data center near St. Petersburg.
- JammingThe main way drones are lost in Ukraine.
- LinksCommand, video, and retasking still need a path.
- Data centersHit by drones in Russia and the UAE in 2026.
- Kits that moveCompute, radios, and power in transit cases.
The solution
Kits built for contested spectrum
We pair Dell compute with radios, SATCOM, and networking from other OEMs, build them into transit cases, and test them together in our System Readiness Center before they ship.
- More than 1 pathMesh radios, SATCOM, and wired links, with a PACE plan for which takes over.Learn more
- Store and forwardEdge nodes hold data through DIL conditions and send it when a link returns.Learn more
- Local computeServers and storage run mission applications with no link home.Learn more
- Transit case kitsRouting, switching, compute, storage, and UPS power in stackable cases.Learn more
- Zero Trust resilienceIdentity driven security across every node in the kit.Learn more
- Training and supportOperators learn the kit, and we sustain it after delivery.Learn more
Plan for coalition networks, power, and shipping
Kits in Europe often join NATO networks, run on host nation power, and cross borders before they reach the unit. We plan each of these with you before the kit ships.
- Coalition networksIf a kit joins a NATO coalition network, such as one built to Federated Mission Networking (FMN), share the joining instructions and tell us whether the site requires emissions security (TEMPEST) certified equipment. We configure and test the kit to those requirements.
- PowerEvery country on this page runs 230 volt, 50 Hz mains power, and plug types differ, such as type G in the UK. We order UPS units, power supplies, and cords to match each site.
- Shipping and spectrumWe plan the shipping route with your logistics office, and we list every radio's frequency bands so your spectrum manager can request host nation approval early.
From requirement to a kit that moves with the unit
U.S. units in Europe train, move, and deploy with their communications. We build kits that pack, set up in the field, and plan for links that are jammed or lost.

How to buy
Army organizations and other federal agencies can order through ITES-4H. The Missile Defense Agency and other Department of War organizations worldwide can order through MDA SHIELD, a fit for missile defense work such as the Aegis Ashore sites at Redzikowo and Deveselu. Federal buyers can also use GSA.
U.S. Air Forces in Europe units and other Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps buyers can order through GSA today. Starting in November 2026, any federal agency can also order through NASA SEWP VI. The right path depends on scope, eligibility, and ordering rules.
